Camping Fuussekaul

Camping Fuussekaul is located in one of the most beautiful settings of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: the Upper Sauer Nature Park. Located near the scenic village of Esch-sur-Sûre, this campsite is surrounded by the river Sauer and less than a 4-hour drive from Utrecht! Just ten minutes from the campsite, between green forests and rolling hills, you will find the reservoir of the Boven-Sûre with beaches and wonderfully clear blue water, super suitable for canoeing and sailing.

The staff of Fuussekaul put their heart and soul into ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable holiday experience. Little campers can spend the summer enjoying wonderful rides on the famous Fuussekaul tractors, bounce around in the indoor or outdoor play areas and splash around in the outdoor pools. For the adults, how about unwinding in our spa and wellness centre, followed by a delicious meal at one of the on-site restaurants?

Rain or shine

Let's face it, the weather in Luxembourg is unpredictable, but at Camping Fuussekaul it doesn't matter if the rain comes pouring down! Head to the indoor play paradise, which is spread over 5 floors of fun, where little campers can play whilst parents enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake at our coffee corner. If you are the sporty type, head to the indoor fitness studio which hosts tailor-made programs & group lessons. You will also find the campsite spa & wellness centre on-site, which includes a Finnish Sauna, steam bath & relaxation area.

On sunny days at the campsite, why not head to the heated outdoor swimming pools for a dip? Swim and splash in the pools then climb and slide on the various playgrounds, jump on the trampolines and kick a ball around the sports field.

Hungry? The supermarket, restaurants and snack bar are just a few steps away, so settle down and enjoy a wonderful meal after an exciting day on Camping Fuussekaul.

Camping Fuussekaul organizes fun sporting excursions in the area such as climbing and abseiling in the Adventure Park, canoeing on the river Sauer, mountain bike tours or Geotours where you can search for treasure with a GPS!

Further afield, take a look at the beautiful fairytale castle of Vianden or plan a day to the capital city of Luxembourg. Explore the fortifications, the old quarters, museums, squares, rivers, valleys, bridges and impressive architecture, a mix of old and new. Being very centrally located, this site is ideal for crossing over the border to Germany or Belgium too.
