A lovely destination on the sublime shores of the Adriatic Sea in Istria, 4* Campsite Mon Perin nestles by beautiful bays with turquoise waters, a short distance south of Rovinj. Bordered by pebble beaches, in the shade of pine trees and spacious outdoor areas, Mon Perin is a real paradise for visitors.

As for the water park, the swimming pool and the paddling pool have the original shape of a dinosaur... something which the kids absolutely love! All around the water, holidaymakers will find sunbeds and parasols where they can enjoy sun and the blue skies ... and indulge in long naps at the edge of the water.

To make the most of the Adriatic’s beautiful waters, why not try some water sports; kayaking, paddle-boarding and windsurfing are just a few of the aquatic activities on offer. Below the surface, there’s a whole world to discover including shipwrecks and colourful fish; try some snorkelling or Scuba diving to explore this underwater paradise. Several sites are recommended, especially the Brijuni National Park located off the nearby town of Fazaňa.

A stay at Mon Perin wouldn’t be complete without taking the chance to explore the local area. The medieval town of Bale features charming houses and cobbled streets, leading you on a journey back in time. You can stroll or cycle to the main attractions, which include the castle district and the Romanesque chapel St Elie.

To the north lies Rovinj, a coastal town considered to be one of the most beautiful in Istria. With its Venetian tints and long, colourful facades, it completely dazzles visitors. Turning towards the sea, holidaymakers will be enchanted by many stunning vistas including the highest point of the city: Saint Euphemia Cathedral.

To the south, enjoying walk trips along the coast to Fazaňa and its Brijuni National Park and finally to Pula. A day tour is enough to see the amphitheatre and the Temple of Augustus.
