Côte d’Emeraude
Attention hikers, cyclists or horse lovers! Great routes run along the coast, one of the best known being the "smuggler's route". Yes, a lot of smuggling and smuggling here on the Channel. Saint-Malo was even a true pirate's nest! Worth a visit. Also do: to the restored town of Dinan. The basilica, the half-timbered houses, city walls and the river, beautiful! Another must is Cancale. This harbour town is famous for its very good oysters and the view of Mont Saint-Michel. Do you want to taste more Breton specialties? Brittany is known for its galette, cider, butter, kouign amann (sort of sweet bread) and salty butter sweets. Nice to take home as a souvenir!
