Make your way here for a day building sandcastles and sun bathing, as well as seeking out sea kayaking, jet skiing, sand yachting and many more water sports. It’s a lively resort so you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes up and down the strand.

If you want to escape into the heart of nature, we’d recommend a hike at the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Natural Regional Park that features gorgeous landscapes, a diverse offering of flora and fauna, as well as quaint villages. A hike up the Massif de la Clape rewards you with great views of the area.

The town of Narbonne has plenty to see and do with notable points of interest including Roman Granary Museum, the Museum of Art and History of Narbonne and Cathédrale Saint-Just et Saint-Pasteur. Abbaye de Fontfroide, a stunning abbey with amazing architecture features its own vineyard and a beautiful garden to walk around with the while family.
