Around Altomincio Family Park Campsite

There is plenty to do around Altomincio Village during your camping holiday. Lake Garda is 10 kilometres away. From the campsite you can easily reach the nice town of Peschiera del Garda. The Italian city of Verona is half an hour away and of course you can't miss Gardaland theme park.

Choose a beautiful beach on Lake Garda or try some water sports... Surfing, stand up paddle boarding, water skiing and sailing are a few of the aquatic activities to try. A boat trip on the shimmering waters is a great way to explore the lake, where you can stop off at pretty shore towns and islands.

Jump in the car and after half an hour you are in Verona, where romance is in the air! Is that because of Romeo and Juliet's balcony? Or the famous opera? Visit them both to discover what makes your heart beat faster. If you don't mind spending a little longer in the car, Milan is also an option. This fashion city is a 2-hour drive from the campsite.

For children, a visit to the famous Gardaland Amusement Park cannot be missed. This theme park has more than 50 rides, of which Magic Mountain, Sequoia Adventure, the Raptor and Blue Tornado are the most popular. The park also has a special area for younger children. In Fantasy Kingdom everything revolves around Prezzemolo, the friendly green park mascot.
