What are the best things to do while camping in Saint-Yvi?

Book your next holiday in Saint-Yvi and look forward to a varied vacation with the chance to amble through green countryside, to wander through age-old villages and to explore beautiful coastline so typical of Brittany.

As the town of Saint-Yvi is quite small, the best place to find tourist attractions is in the surrounding towns of the region. In the much-loved coastal town of Concarneau, visitors can spend a day by the sea on the soft sands of the beaches at Plage des Sables Blancs and Plage des 4 Sardines. After some down time at the beach, you can explore the touristic highlights of the town such as the Closed City of Concarneau medieval fortress, Marine Biological Station and Concarneau Marinarium museum, Château de Keriolet and Manoir du Moros.

The largest town in the region is Quimper, which offers yet more cultural and historical sightseeing opportunities, and is a great place to learn about the traditions of Breton life. The best things to see and do in the town include the Quimper Beaux Arts Museum, Saint Corentin Cathedral, the Breton County Museum, Retraite Botanical Gardens and the town's Petit Train.

If you intend on staying in Saint-Yvi and will arrive there by car, you have the option to plan day trips further afield, to discover many of Brittany’s top attractions. Among the best things to see and do, we’d recommend a visit to the standing stones of Carnac, the Glénan Islands, the Gulf of Morbihan and Suscinio Castle.
