Guests of Grand Hotel Primus have access to the thermal park near the hotel. In the outdoor area you will find several pools, including an Olympic-size pool, a lazy river and a green park along the Drá River for a relaxing experience in pleasant surroundings.

We recommend that you try out all the water attractions in the outdoor area of the Terme Ptuj thermal park during the summer months! In the cooler months you can warm up in the various indoor pools, have fun on the indoor toboggan run and relax in the sauna world.

Discover the rich history of Ptuj and the world of the Ptuj wine region. On the hill above the center of Ptuj stands a massive castle with a view of the city, its surroundings and Ptuj Lake. Inside the castle you can tour the beautifully furnished castle rooms, feudal flats, carnival masks, a collection of weapons and music machines and the castle gallery.

With more than 700 years of tradition, the Návštěva ptujské ho winery is considered the oldest in Slovenia. The wine cellar is equipped with sound and light effects and the wooden barrels feature carved images.

The village of Ptujska Gora is also interesting to visit. On top of the hill is a beautiful Gothic church visible from afar. The view of the Drava Field and the Haloze Mountains makes it a popular spot for hikers and cyclists.

Visit and learn about the Haloze with its rich cultural heritage and taste the local cuisine with excellent wines. From Borl Castle, which has stood on a rock above the Drava since the 12th century, you have a magnificent view of Ptuj. Visit the ethnological museum at Cirkulane Heritage Park and Štatenberg Manor.
