Camping Beachside

At Camping Beachside, as the name says, you won't find a swimming pool. Of course, there is the beach, just a few minutes walk from your accommodation. Whether you want to swim in the sea, build sandcastles with the kids or just enjoy the sound of the waves, the beach of Blankenberge offers something for everyone. You can also visit Blankenberge's marina for various water sports and boat trips.

At Beachside, besides a snack bar and a playground, you won't find many facilities. Nice, because then you can retreat to your quiet spot after a day at the beach, Blankenberge or Knokke. Holiday Park Beachside is centrally located with beach, sea and dunes in the immediate vicinity, a large department store, sports centre, bowling alley and many attractions and "things to do". The bustling shopping centre of Blankenberge is 2 km from the park making it easy to reach on foot, by bike, by car or by the famous coastal streetcar, as it stops just outside the door.

In addition to Blankenberge's beautiful beach, you can visit Sea Life, where you can discover the wonders of the underwater world. The pier of Blankenberge is the only pier in Belgium and offers a fantastic view of the sea. For a day of adventure, head to Plopsaland De Panne or Boudewijn Seapark, both a short distance from the campsite. There are also plenty of fun markets, cosy restaurants and historic cities like Knokke, Bruges and Ostend nearby. Don't forget to explore the beautiful natural areas for a lovely walk or bike ride.
