Aquapark Cikat is located right outside your holiday home. The park has more than 6,000 square metres of pools, slides and rides, offering endless fun for families. There are five seawater pools, two of which are interconnected, and there are also two smaller children's pools. These have shallow water and are connected by a slide. For a kick of adrenaline, there is the 110m waterslide, which will bring visitors crashing into the pools below at high speed! Mali Losinj is the main city on the island and it is right next to the campsite. Strolling through the harbour of Mali Losinj couldn't be more idyllic: white boats bob on the sparkling ocean and delicious, fresh Croatian seafood is served up in the traditional restaurants dotted throughout town. There is also the Apoxyomen Museum to visit here, a local museum whose highlight is a bronze statue of a Greek athlete, dating back to the 2nd c. BC. Surrounding Mali Losinj is a lush forest, which creates an expecially healthy microclimate for those with respiratory problems and is ideal for hiking and picnicking excursions. There are many further possible excursions in the area.
Driving through the Losinj peninsula is a scenic experience and there is a ferry that sails from the island of Cres to the mainland town of Brestova. There are also many dolphin sighting boat tours on offer. A trip to the islands of Rab and Susak is a must.
