Water fun at Camping First Camp Skovlund

In the pool or on the beach: water fun is paramount at Camping First Camp Skovlund. Just 500 metres from the campsite is a family-friendly sandy beach. Enjoy the warm sun while your children build sandcastles and splash around in the water. You can also swim, snorkel and play beach volleyball here. The campsite also has an extensive pool complex. Numerous slides, a hot tub and a waterfall provide plenty of entertainment. Parents can swim laps in peace while their children have fun in the separate children's area.

The bistro serves hot and cold food in high season. You can also visit the on-site store, where you'll find essential groceries, camping supplies and toiletries. Highlights for children include a bouncy castle and the daily entertainment program, offered in high season. The colourful entertainment program has something for everyone, so your little ones will be kept busy and can easily socialise with other children. Meanwhile, you can indulge in a game of soccer or volleyball or enjoy a drink by the water. You can also rent bikes to explore the island.

Camping Skovlund is located on Denmark's third largest island, Funen, in the Baltic Sea. Thanks to its many meadows, fields and parks, it lives up to its nickname "the green garden of the country." More than 1,200 kilometers of marked bicycle paths make it easy for you to actively explore the island. Between golden fields and dense beech forests, even your children will be amazed by the picturesque nature. Explore the beautiful harbor landscapes, picturesque beaches and the island's many cultural institutions, including many castles and the H.C. Andersen House. You can also visit the island's capital, Odense, Denmark's third-largest city. Stroll through the pedestrian zone and admire the historic buildings. Odense also has a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as idyllic green spaces and museums.
