A beautiful 4-star campsite, Amis de la Plage is ideally located for exploring the island of Ile de Ré by bike and offers everything for a quiet, truly memorable holiday by the sea in Charente-Maritime. The campsite offers direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island; Pas de Bœuf. Miles of fine sand await you to laze on and the ocean waves are perfect for water sports.

Finished building sandcastles and finding fishes during a snorkelling excursions? Walk back to the campsite to the pool and cool off in the lovely water here for a while. Or grab a lounger and enjoy the peace and quiet around you while basking under the sun's warming rays.

A wealth of sports also await you at Amis de la Plage, including brilliant aquatic activities at the coast such as windsurfing, surfing lessons, kitesurfing sessions. There really is something for everyone here and there is no time for boredom. Regular beach volleyball competitions are held on the beach., and there is a fitness trail for campers who like to keep in shape.

Would you like to meet new people? Then join the campsite's enthusiastic entertainment team who are up for fun competitions. They also organise thrilling shows and live music in the evening. Of course, the little ones are not forgotten as they can enrol in the mini-club and mini-disco.

After all the activity offered onsite, you’ll no doubt work up a hunger…. it's time for a bite to eat at the campsite restaurant. In the morning, you can walk to the small supermarket and buy freshly baked bread to make sandwiches for your picnic on the beach.
