Enjoying a peaceful, verdant setting on the banks of the Dordogne, the five-star Homair Domaine de Soleil Plage campsite boasts a beautiful water park and first-class facilities. Located in the heart of the Périgord, this quiet and intimate campsite is a real gem.

A typical day at this campsite will allow you to swim from morning to night. You'll discover an amazing variety of spaces, including a main pool for swimming and bathing, as well as connecting lagoon-style pools and a covered outdoor pool. Superb waterslides and a paddling pool complete the offer.

After enjoying a refreshing swim, you can dry off and get ready for one of the games and sports on offer, including volleyball, basketball, table tennis, mini-golf or soccer. In the afternoons, the little ones can head off to the kids' club for some fun and games, supervised by the attentive and enthusiastic on-site staff. Adults can enjoy a massage or a fitness class. There's plenty of entertainment for the whole family throughout the season, including games, sports tournaments, karaoke, concerts, dances and quizzes.

The campsite also has a traditional restaurant where you can discover the delicious cuisine of the South-West. There's also a pizzeria, an ice-cream parlour, a bar and a grocery store where you'll find everything you need for your stay.

From high-end mobile homes, offering spacious interiors and, for some, even private hot tubs, to pretty shady pitches for caravans, you'll find an accommodation solution to suit every budget. Each pitch gives holidaymakers a sense of privacy and peace, so everyone can feel relaxed for the duration of their stay.

As the campsite is located right on the banks of the Dordogne, you can enjoy a wide range of activities on and around the river's banks. Pack a picnic lunch and kayak downstream, enjoying the surroundings, before returning on foot via equally magnificent paths. Horseback riding (approx. 20km) and sailing are other great ways to explore the river.

As well as picturesque villages and charming landscapes, the region boasts many notable points of interest, such as the Beynac medieval castle, the Calviac zoological reserve and the captivating and historic Grottes Prés de Cougnac. Children will love spending a day in the region's accrobranch adventure parks, including the Écureuils de la forêt or AirParc Périgord.

The charming walled town of Sarlat, with its winding little streets, is just a short drive from the campsite. A stroll through the town, a visit to the cathedral, the Manoir Gisson and the Fontaine Sainte-Marie will keep you busy for an entire day.
