Within 45 minutes you can reach Figueres in neighbouring Spain, a city that is guarded by the impressive Sant Ferran Castle. Visit the famous Dalí Museum that is one of the most popular museums in the whole of Spain. On the way back to the campsite you should stop for a break just before the border in the Spanish part of Le Perthus (El Pertús) where you can shop for particularly low prices and find a bargain.
