Sports enthusiasts also get their money's worth: soccer field, table tennis tables, and you can easily rent a bike or e-chopper for a trip through the dunes. And don't feel like cooking for once? Then just slide into one of the restaurants. A pizza at the pizzeria, fries from De Kombuis or extensive dining at Brasserie ’t Speelkwartier. Even a sports café is not lacking. Ideal to relax after an active game.

The park is located within walking distance of the lively village of Domburg. This small and cosy seaside resort is the third oldest seaside resort in the Netherlands. Because of this, Domburg has a rich history, and it is lovely to linger in the streets and on the square, with small stores, nice terraces and a market where you can taste cheese and score Zeeland souvenirs. For a great view of the city and region, climb the dunes to enjoy the scenery from the Hoge Hil."

For a day out with the whole family, you don't have to drive far. Mini Mundi in Middelburg (13 km) is perfect for young children – with a miniature world, roller coaster, indoor playground and a pancake restaurant. And if you love animals, be sure to visit the Reptile Zoo Iguana in Vlissingen. There you will suddenly find yourself face to face with a snake or crocodile – you bet the kids will be impressed.

Do you prefer to sniff some culture? The Zeeuws Museum in Middelburg is surprisingly fun for young and old, including life-size sea tapestries. Or visit the Polderhuis Westkapelle, where you not only learn about dikes and war, but can also climb real lighthouses.

For some more action on the water, Watersportcentrum Schotsman is a must. Waterskiën, wakeboarding or just play in the aqua park – success guaranteed.
