With plentiful amenities and a stunning Adriatic Coast location, 5*Campsite Union Lido Mare  is a large and lively resort that’s pitch-perfect for an active camping holiday in Italy. With a highly desirable location in Cavallino-Treporti, the site is ideal for sunny beach holidays and the chance to visit the enchanting city of Venice.

Relax in the shade of the tall pine trees at your emplacement, before heading to one of the fabulous lagoon-style pools. Laze on the terrace and soak up the sunshine while the children whizz down the water slides, or relax on the sandy sunbathing area. In high season, the wellness areas offer indulgent massages and other relaxing treatments.  

Please note: electric scooters or bikes are not allowed for transport around the site - only push bikes and non-electric scooters.  

The site runs an action-packed animation programme and has an excellent choice of sporting facilities. The idyllic seaside setting means you can head to the beach in search of perfect sunbathing spots where you can watch the kids build sandcastles and splash around in the gentle waters. If you’ve never tried any water sports, you’ll be well placed to enjoy Scuba Diving, paddle boarding, windsurfing and much more.

Choose from a wide variety of bars and restaurants and after you’ve dined, make the most of the warm evenings by taking a stroll along the beachside promenade. The resort is well equipped with convenient amenities such as a bakery, greengrocers and an ice cream parlour as well as a pizzeria and takeaway.

Union Lido Mare is gearing up to celebrate its 70th anniversary in 2025 with an exciting transformation of the Aqua Park Marino into Speedy Island - a brand new water park.   Part of the new Speedy Island is open, including the Olympic pool, and they are actively working towards opening the rest in Summer 2025.  The Aquapark Laguna and W10 leisure building will remain fully operational.

Around Union Lido Mare Campsite

Union Lido is located one and a half miles from the bustling resort of Cavallino. Here, there is a large selection of bars and restaurants as well as a large outdoor market every Tuesday. The waterbus to Venice can be caught from Punta Sabbioni, which is a fifteen-minute drive from site.

Aqualandia at Lido di Jesolo is a waterpark with a thrilling range of water-based activities for all the family (20 min drive). Children will love the waterbus trip across the lagoon into the heart of Venice, which is best explored on the water through the labyrinth of canals and bridges. A day should be long enough to take in all of the main sights.

Outside of the high season some facilities and amenities may not be open

Guests traveling to Union Lido MUST exhibit an ID card or passport: only if they have an identity document, guests will be checked-in. Every member of the family (infants and children too) must have a proper ID. After check-in, these documents will be kept at reception for 1 night. During your stay, at least 1 proof of ID needs to be left at the campsite’s reception to be allowed entrance to all of Union Lido’s facilities.

There's a charcoal BBQ area in the Activity Park that's available to all visitors. Guests need to provide their own charcoal. Electric and gas barbecues are not allowed at the mobile homes – only on pitches.

Gates closed between 23h00 & 07h00 and 13h00 & 15h00 Guests are not allowed to leave the car outside the night before they leave and leave through the night. Union Lido only allows people to leave once the gate is open at 7 am. There is no possibility of leaving at all when the gates are not open.

Electric scooters and electric bicycles are not permitted on the campsite – only regular bicycles and non-electric scooters.
