Camping Toscolano

Whether you prefer a relaxing day by the pool or a refreshing dip in the sea, Camping Toscolano has something for the whole family. Located directly on Lake Garda, the campground offers a private beach where you can swim in the clear water and enjoy the beautiful view. The beach is child-friendly with a gentle and safe descent into the water, but swimming shoes are recommended due to the rocks. The campground also has two beautiful swimming pools. One of the pools is especially suitable for children, so the little ones can play and splash around safely. Sun loungers are available by the pool so you can relax in the sun or seek shade under an umbrella.

Camping Toscolano offers plenty of activities for the whole family, both on and off-site. At the nearby port, you can rent boats and try surfing or windsurfing, popular on this side of Lake Garda. At the campsite, you will find two tennis courts, a soccer field and a children's playground. In summer, an animation team organizes sporting and fun activities for both children and adults. If you get hungry, you can choose from an Italian restaurant, a fishing spot, a pizzeria and a cosy bar at an old monastery building. For shopping, there is both a mini-shop on site and a supermarket nearby.

There are many opportunities for fun and exciting experiences near the campsite. For example, a ferry crosses Lake Garda from Toscolano. You can also take the cable car up into the mountains for breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding area. Lake Garda is also home to a wealth of historic and fascinating Italian cities. For example, visit Verona or Salo, where you can see d'Annunzio's magnificent Villa La Vittoriale, including an amphitheater. The town of Toscolano Maderno, where the campground is located, is also well worth a visit. Here, for example, you can try the town's weekly market, where you can buy the best local Italian products.
