Although the campsite is a wonderful place to stay, it is a shame not to go exploring. In fact, there is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity. Lotzorai itself is a friendly village with small stores and terraces where you can taste the real Sardinia. At the market you will find local delicacies such as pecorino cheese, olives and honey. A great place to fill your picnic basket! For a day of adventure, drive to the Su Marmuri caves in Ulassai, impressive underground halls where children will feast their eyes. Or take a boat trip along the spectacular bays of the Gulf of Orosei: rugged cliffs, hidden beaches and crystal clear waters make this trip unforgettable. For fun outside the water, there is the small water park in Bari Sardo (about 25 km), where children can slide, splash and have fun. Fancy some culture?
