In the middle of the campsite, you'll find an active swimming area with a jetée and an inflatable playground. The beach is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, but you can also stay on land and soak up the sun from the grassy shore. You can also rent a paddle board and paddle around the lake. In addition, Camping Menina is situated on the banks of the Savinja River, with a main beach and plenty of nooks and crannies for children and adults to explore. The wellness area is the ideal place to unwind. Treat yourself to a sauna, an outdoor Jacuzzi, massages or beauty treatments. It's a great way to recharge your batteries after a day of adventure.

When you arrive at Camping Menina, you'll discover that the campsite offers plenty of activities. For the more active, the campsite offers a climbing park and a mini-golf course for fun and entertaining vacation games. Next to the campsite is a park with beach volleyball, basketball and soccer pitches. For younger guests, the campsite offers an exciting program of activities and entertainment in the form of evening shows and tented entertainment. An indoor playground offers fun in all weathers. Camping Menina's restaurant serves a selection of local and international dishes, and children can choose their meals from an adapted menu. You can sit out on the outdoor terrace, which overlooks the playground. You'll also find the crêperie for special moments, where you can enjoy crêpes, ice creams and hot and cold drinks.

The campsite also organizes guided hikes and mountain bike excursions, while you can also rent bikes at the campsite to explore the region on two wheels. Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, is a perfect combination of modern city life and historic charm and is only a 45-minute drive from the campsite. Known as the cultural capital, Maribor offers a rich cultural heritage and the oldest vineyards in the world, while Ptuj, the wine country, attracts with its history, beautiful architecture and exquisite wines. The third most forested country in Europe, Slovenia offers an incredible variety of landscapes. From majestic mountains and idyllic lakes to the beautiful Adriatic Sea, you'll find everything your heart desires. The coastal town of Bled, a must for all visitors, is just over an hour's drive from the Menina campsite, while the Slovenian coast with its charming towns such as Piran, Portorož and Koper can be reached in less than two hours.
