For the more active, the campsite has volleyball, badminton, table tennis and a balance line, while children can enjoy a fun playground. The campsite also boasts a cosy communal lounge with a fireplace where you can relax and enjoy the evenings on the beautiful canvas.

Around Forest camping Mozirje

A few kilometres from the campsite, you can visit Mozirski Gaj, a colourful floral park with magnificent gardens and traditional Slovenian buildings. For hiking enthusiasts, the Golte Nature Park is an ideal destination, with spectacular views and well-marked trails, accessible by car from the town of Žekovec. The campsite staff will be delighted to take you to the nearby caves and 200-metre-deep gorges near Kamnik. For even more adventure, try canyoning in the Grmečica Gorge, climbing, jumping and swimming through one of Slovenia's hidden gems.

À just a few minute's drive away is the charming town of Luče, one of Slovénie's most beautiful mountain villages, where you can discover authentic Slovenian culture. If you want to discover one of the country's most impressive caves, Snežna Jama (Snow Cave), a glacial cave filled with stalactites and impressive ice formations, is also within easy reach. Take the kids to Mini Zoo Land or Tivoli City Park and take a family photo in colourful Prešeren Square.
