Camping Kolpa

At the campsite, there is a natural swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley. No chlorine, but an ecological filtration system and a lovely wooden deck to sunbathe from. In the evening, the water is softly lit, and it is like a fairy tale. And for those who want, the Kolpa River is not far away. The Kolpa is one of the cleanest and warmest rivers in Sloveniaë and you can SUP, kayak or white-water raft here. 

Here you will find no screaming entertainment, but cosy campfires, spontaneous soccer tournaments and evening drinks in the glamping bar. There is a playhouse for children and a grassy field where you can run, play soccer, badminton or slackline. The pump track is an exciting bike practice area full of turns and hills. Ideal for improving your skills én having fun, for kids of all ages. Ready for adventure? Or rent a bike: choose from children's, regular or electric bikes and explore the beautiful surroundings together!

The safari tents, by the way, are écht a dream. With a private bathroom, a comfortable bed and a veranda where you’ll play games together at night while admiring the starry sky. Here you hear no traffic, only the silence of nature.

Kolpa Resort is located in a somewhat less known, but zó beautiful part of Sloveniaë: Bela Krajina. Here you will find vast vineyards, charming villages and wooded hills full of hiking and biking trails. The historic town of Metlika is just a 10-minute drive away and is fun for an ice cream, market or cultural outing.

With slightly older children, renting a kayak or taking a raft trip down the Kolpa River is highly recommended. There are also several caves nearby, such as the Krašnji Vrh cave, which you can enter with a guide. A day trip to Lake Črnomelj is also worthwhile. You can swim, fish or have a picnic there.
