A bustling and boisterous resort on the sun-drenched Costa Brava, 4* Campsite Castell Montgri is pitch-perfect for fun-filled family holidays. Featuring superb camping amenities, the site is ideally nestled between the scenic Rocamura Mountain and the soft sands of l'Estartit beach.

To stay cool on sweltering sunny days, the campsite features three sublime swimming pools. The main panoramic pool features a spacious terrace.  The kids will love the water slides at the Ombra Pool located near the restaurant and bar area. A tropical and more tranquil setting is offered at La Bassa Pool. In the high season, hop on the free bus to l'Estartit beach for days out by the sea.

Castell Montgri is a hive of activity, with so many recreational options on offer that you’ll be able to fill every single minute of your holiday with exciting endeavours. Enjoy table tennis, football, archery, boules, mini golf, tennis and basketball, and a range of aqua activities including water polo and Aquagym. The animated Kids club encourages young campers to join for creative workshops, tournaments, discos and visits to the petting farm. The resort comes alive at night with family entertainment including live shows, parties, movies on the big screen and live music.

There is a lovely nice trail around the La Basse Pool on the top of the campsite. You can choose to either walk/run a 3km trail or an 8km trail. Bikes are not allowed on the trail.

The eating options onsite are diverse and delicious, with formal dining options in the restaurants and casual feasting at the pizzeria and takeaway on offer. The resort boasts a selection of ice cream parlours, snack bars and bars alongside shopping options such as a small supermarket.

Featuring spacious and well-shaded emplacements, our air-conditioned mobile homes are ideal for comfortable stays with a private and peaceful ambience. Our glamping styles tent options offer a true camping experience.

Around Castell Montgri Campsite

The bustling resort of Estartit, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, as well as a modern harbour area, is around a mile’s walk away. There is a glorious beach of fine golden sand and plenty of opportunity for water sports just a fifteen minute walk from the campsite.

Take a glass-bottomed boat trip from Estartit to the Illes Medes, a collection of protected nature reserves with a stunning array of flora and fauna. A day out at Marineland in Palafolls is recommended, where the water park also features a dolphin centre and a small zoo. The Jocs amusement park is a short walk from the campsite and has a selection of fairground rides.
