Start your day with a refreshing dip in the lake, right from the hotel's private beach. The lake invites all kinds of activities: from quiet paddling in a canoe to an afternoon of sailing or windsurfing. You can even bring your boat here and moor it at the floating jetty.   The dock must be pre-booked directly with the dock facility. The hotel has nothing to do with this service. And for those who prefer things a little quieter, there is always a spot on the beach where you can relax and enjoy the sun. If you prefer to sit by the pool, of course, that's possible too. From your lounge,r you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, and you can hop right into the pool. What a luxury! The little ones have also been thought of; they splash and splash in the shallow end.

The children can have fun in the playground or the special playroom. At the pool, there is a pool bar, where you can also take snacks and drinks to your apartment. Do you like to swim in another pool or play soccer or tennis? That's convenient, because as a guest of Hotel Zust you have free access to the facilities of the campsites Isolino and Continental, both about 10 km away. The surroundings of Residence Zust have an awful lot to offer. Take a trip to the enchanting Borromeïsche Islands, a group of islands in Lake Maggiore with beautiful gardens and villas's. Or visit the local markets in nearby towns, where you can taste the atmosphere of the Italian lifestyle. And with the Swiss border just a stone's throw away, a day trip to Switzerland is also a snap. You will probably do the children more pleasure with a day at Acquadventure Park in Baveno (about 15 km), where you can do various outdoor activities in addition to water slides. The tastiest ice creams can be found in the neighbouring village of Intra at Gelato d’altri Tempi. You can walk there in 25 minutes along the lake.
