Camping La Côte Sauvage (Mathes)

Camping La Côte Sauvage is located on the idyllic Ile de Ré, in the Charente-Maritime department. This is one of the sunniest regions, so get ready to enjoy some gorgeous warm days! The campsite itself doesn't have a swimming pool, but the beach is only a few meters away. Take the opportunity to try a water sport or simply relax.

On the campsite itself, you'll find various activities such as ping-pong and pétanque. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy other activities such as tennis or golf. Saddle up and go horseback riding, or seek adrenaline with a water sport of your choice or fitness.

After exploring the colourful coastal landscape, you'll definitely want to grab a bite to eat. There are several establishments in the immediate vicinity of the campsite, including a restaurant and snack bar, as well as a bakery, grocery store and supermarket. The campsite has a snack bar, and fresh bread is delivered during July and August.

The campsite has recently opened a wellness area with a hammam, jacuzzi and sauna, which can be booked on-site
