Decide between splashing around the inviting waters of the lake at the nearby beach and jetty, or chilling by the amazing pool complex featuring one adult pool and one kid’s pool with waterslides. The Mediterranean sun generously lavishes the poolside terrace with warming rays while the mountains slowly sloping down to the lake provide the dramatic vistas.

With a playground for children, multipurpose sports court and synthetic grass pitch for those who enjoy tennis and football, there’s plenty to do at the campsite. Children can also enrol at the site-run mini club, giving adults the chance to enjoy some rest and relaxation around the pool. There are numerous outdoor activities in the local area with something to please everyone, from horse riding and crazy golf to water sports on the lake.

Around Eden Campsite

Campsite Eden (San Felice del Benanco) is located a couple of minutes’ walk from the port of Portese. Here you will find a small marina, a few bars and restaurants, and the landing jetty for the frequent lake boat service. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in water sports on the lake, so take your pick from kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing and much more.

The resort of Salò, with its weekly market, cobbled streets and selection of restaurants and ice cream parlours, is two and a half miles away. From the port town, step aboard a boat destined for Isola del Garda, an idyllic island with a beautiful villa and whimsical botanic garden.

Take a trip on the lake steamer from the port of Portese, it’s an easy way to get around and stops off at many towns and villages around the lake. The Cascata del Varone, near to Riva del Garda (30 miles), has a 90m high waterfall that drops dramatically into a narrow gorge.
