Campsite La Masia

A large and lively resort, Camping La Masia welcomes you on a sun-soaked holiday on the Costa Brava. Ideally situated in the vibrant town of Blanes, between Barcelona and Girona, you’ll find first-rate accommodation occupying a fantastic location just 300m from the beach.

With not one but two stunning pool complexes, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to having fun in the water. The lagoon style Oasis Aqua Park is lined with palm trees and has an adjoining splash park for the kids and volcano themed Jacuzzi bath. The main La Masia pool features a main lido, and toddler pool. The spa area features a heated indoor pool as well as a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and massage area.

The pool complex is so good that kids could spend their entire holiday here. If they fancy a change, they can enjoy exerting some energy at the playground and climbing wall. A variety of sports including tennis, table tennis, basketball and football can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. An extensive and intensely fun Children’s Club is run by the campsite.

The campsite, and indeed the local area around the resort, come alive at night. A vivacious programme of evening entertainment includes children’s disco, teens disco and live music, karaoke, live shows and bingo.

The restaurant features a terrace so you can enjoy lunches and dinners in the sun. The takeaway is a good option to grab a quick bite to eat and the grocery store has everything you need to cook in your accommodation. There are also a selection of bars, so you can grab a refreshing drink at any time. With its prime location in Blanes, you can also step offsite and discover a whole host of local restaurants.

La Masia’ location is definitely one of its advantages. The lively resort of Blanes offers plenty to do in both the daytime and evening. The gorgeous S’Abannell beach offer golden sands and beautiful Mediterranean waters. You can enjoy topping up your tan or trying out some water sports like wind surfing, diving or kayaking.

Prise yourself away from the coastline and venture up to San Juan Castle which rewards visitors with stunning views over the town. The inviting botanical gardens at Marimurta are also worth a trip.

Further afield, the picturesque city of Girona is easily reached by bus. Spend a day here and immerse yourself in enjoy the stunning Catalan culture and cuisine. Barcelona, which needs no introduction, is located south of Blanes and can be reached by bus in around 1 hour. Explore the architecture of Gaudi or take a ramble down Las Ramblas.
