At VacanceSelect, you will find the best and most flexible conditions for most resort hotels! Do you want to rebook, or do you have to cancel? We are very flexible. And you only have to pay €99 in advance. The rest you pay only 4 weeks before arrival!

Free rebooking: up to 2 weeks before arrival
- Request rebooking through our Help Centre no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- You will receive a rebooking voucher for the total amount, excluding any insurance
- At least 80% of the value must be used before October 1.
- The residual value remains valid for 12 months from the issue date of the rebook voucher and will not be paid out.
- Is your new booking more expensive? Then you pay the difference.
- Free included in the travel price at resort hotels where you see the label 'Rebooking guarantee'

Arranging your own flight and transfer
Did you know that it is often much cheaper to arrange your own flight and transfer rather than booking a package tour that includes them? That’s why you only book your hotel with us. You have the flexibility to choose your departure date, flight and the duration of your trip. Flying from Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland? It’s up to you!

How can I cancel or rebook my holiday?
You can cancel your holiday up to 28 days before arrival. Cancel through our customer portal. We will refund you the entire amount, excluding any insurance.
Would you like to rebook? You can do so up to 14 days before arrival. Then fill out this form in our Help Centre. We will then cancel your existing booking, and you will receive a voucher worth the travel price. 80% of the amount must be used for a holiday taking place before October 1, 2026. 20% you may take for a holiday within 12 months from the date of cancellation of your booking. The amount cannot be paid out in cash.
What does this guarantee cost?
The rebooking and cancellation guarantee is included free of charge for all destinations where you see the “Flexible cancellation” or “Rebooking guarantee” logo.
When can I cancel or rebook for free?
You don't have to give us a reason why you want to rebook or cancel. What is important is when you do so:
Cancel: up to 28 days (4 weeks) before arrival
Rebook: up to 14 days (2 weeks) before arrival
What about the price difference if I rebook my vacation?
If the price of the new holiday becomes more expensive, you will have to pay the price difference. If the fare for the new holiday is cheaper, the difference in fare will not be refunded. So we advise you to find a new holiday that is about the same price as the old one.
Can I also rebook for a date next year?
80% of the amount of your voucher must be used for a holiday that takes place before October 1, 2026. 20% you may take for a holiday within 12 months of the date of cancellation of your booking.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or if I cancel or rebook my hotel?
You do not book a package holiday with us. Therefore, if you have to cancel or change your flight, we will not refund the cost of your flight or transfer if you cancel your hotel. We recommend that you take out separate cancellation insurance for your flight if you are not travelling by car.
