Dormio Resort Maastricht is a special location for a nice, Burgundian holiday. The future of the resort can be found in the luxury finishes of the holiday homes and the equipment level that meets all the demands of the modern tourist. The past is reflected in the unmistakable architectural style elements of the typical Maastricht buildings. By combining the historical architecture with contemporary style elements, a resort is created with a unique identity that can not be compared with any other holiday resort. Dormio Resort Maastricht is a top location with plenty of quality. The resort consists of a village with terraced and detached holiday homes on spacious plots and are designed with traditional architecture. The square consists of apartments in Maastricht style with various typical Maastricht facades, terraces and various facilities such as an indoor pool and a panorama restaurant with impressive views over both Maastricht and Belgium. And you will only be 10 minutes in a car from the city centre of Maastricht.

Facilities
The third phase of Dormio Resort Maastricht was created in mid-2018. Modern furnished, spacious holiday homes and apartments, all situated around the newly laid out restaurant square. On this square you will find the Proeflokaal and Dousberg Snack, surrounded by spacious terraces. Here is also the partly covered swimming pool with sun terrace. There is no supervision in this pool.
At the end of 2018, the 8-storey, provisionally the last phase of Dormio Resort Maastricht will be completed. Some 40 spacious, luxuriously furnished (hotel) apartments and suites, with a (literally and figuratively) top restaurant with panoramic views on the top floor.

Till about mid May 2022 the new part of Dormio Resort Maastricht, Castellum, is being build which could lead to some disturbance. Of course Dormio Resort Maastricht is doing its utmost to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.
