The cosy mini market next to the reception sells everything from toys to snacks. In winter, Camping Leutasch turns into a dream location for cross-country skiers: the cross-country trail runs right past the campsite. Thanks to the heated ski room, your equipment will be ready for another trip the next morning. Rather not have skis on your feet? Go tobogganing, snowshoeing or enjoy a hot chocolate in a nearby mountain hut.

Both summer and ‘winter, there is plenty to do around Camping Leutasch in Leutasch. Stroll with the whole family through the Leutascher Geisterklamm: an exciting gorge where children can search for the 'gorge ghost' who is said to be hiding deep in the rocky landscape. Just 8 kilometers away is lively Seefeld, with its car-free center, cozy stores, restaurants and even a casino. For nature lovers, the impressive Naturpark Karwendel is almost literally in the backyard. This largest nature park in Austria is a hiker's paradise, with trails that take you deep into the wilderness, and with a little luck you'll spot a deer, an alpine marmot or even an eagle along the way. And for a city break full of history and charm, drive half an hour to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol. Stroll through narrow streets, admire the famous Golden Roof and enjoy a strudel on the terrace. Glistening children's eyes are guaranteed at the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, where light and crystal create a fairytale experience.
