Amid the nature of the Ile d'Oléron, surrounded by pine trees and vast sandy beaches, is camping Le Suroit. Take a bike and discover the island on 100 kilometres of bike path. Near the campsite, visit Saint-Pierre d'Oléron and explore the island's main museum with the family. For an extra adventure, take a boat trip and see the famous Fort Boyard up close. The water area is fun for young and old with a heated pool, a swimming pool with 3 slides, a lagoon and a paddling pool with water games. 

There are recreational facilities available for fun with family or friends: a children's playground, a multi-purpose sports court, table tennis, acro games and petanque.

In July and August, the entertainment team organizes various activities, and in the evenings there is an entertainment program for all ages, with concerts, bingo nights, dance evenings, cabaret and magic shows.

The campsite has a grocery store and a restaurant and bar from mid-May to mid-September.
