Camping Borepo

Even in the hinterland of the coast, you don't have to miss out on swimming fun: with the water park, the campsite has the right pool for everyone. Swim lovers can not only cool off in the large pool, but also swim laps. There is also a medium-sized pool for those who prefer a less sporty approach. Younger guests can have fun in the separate paddling pool. 

Surrounded by vineyards and away from all the noise, you will find everything you need at Camping Borepo. There is a small supermarket and, in high season, a bar and snack bar. There is a playground for the little ones. Teens and adults can enjoy billiards, table soccer and a petanque court. Soccer and basketball are also available, of course. There are even several small tournaments organised during the season. 

Outside Camping Borepo, there are a variety of activities. For example, be enchanted by the breathtaking scenery on tours through the wine region or on longer hikes. If you prefer cycling, the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc offers ideal conditions. The Gorges de l'Hérault on the Hérault River of the same name offers ideal conditions for canoeing and kayaking enthusiasts. Hikers and mountain bikers also get their money's worth here. Lac du Salagou, about 35 minutes away, is a little less wild. Just the sight of the rough earth and clear water is breathtaking. A must-see is the nearby round village of Villeveyrac and the nearby Abbey of Valmagne. Other must-sees include the stalactites and stalagmites of the spectacular caves of Clamouse, the medieval village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert with its UNESCO World Heritage-listed abbey, or the Tang de Thau, just 27 kilometres away, with its many pink flamingos and star banks. From here you soon reach the Mediterranean Sea, where beautiful sandy beaches and recommendable towns like Sète, Palavas-les-Flots or Cap d'Agde await you. You won't miss the charm of local markets and the culinary delights of freshly caught seafood and the region's delicious wine.
