Whether the sun is high in the sky or there is a typical French shower, swimming is always possible. In fact, there is a heated indoor pool where you can take a refreshing dip all year round.

Outside, you will find a pool that looks so inviting that you will want to jump right in. While you are on a lounger, finally reading that one book, the little ones play in the paddling pool.

But the icing on the cake? That is, of course, the location by the sea. You can walk from the campsite to Utah Beach. No lugging coolers in a hot car, just walk barefoot through the sand. The beach is extremely wide, so there is plenty of room to build the most beautiful sandcastles or fly a kite in the sea breeze.

Don't get bored for a second because this campsite is bursting with energy! The kids will make friends for life at the kids club, where the entertainment team conjures up one fun activity after another from the top hat. From craft mornings to sports tournaments on the multi-sports field, their smiles never leave their faces. The absolute favourites are the big slide in the playground, the trampolines and the bouncy castle. It is a beautiful sight to see those little heads going up and down against the backdrop of the setting sun. The outdoor fitness and mini-golf course are nice extras.

The inner man has also been thought of. Don't feel like cooking after a long day of adventure? Join us at the snack bar for an easy bite, or pick up a fresh pizza to eat at your own accommodation. For daily groceries and, of course, those indispensable crusty baguettes in the morning, you can visit the small store on site.

In the evenings, there is often fun in the form of theme nights or live music. It is the place to chat with the neighbours over a cold wine while the teenagers hang out at the slot machines. You can tell from everything that this campsite is run with love; everything looks tiptop, and the atmosphere is nice and loose.

You're camping here in a place where history was written, and you can feel it everywhere. A visit to the Airborne Museum in Sainte-Mère-Église, just a ten-minute drive away, is an absolute must. The sight of the paratrooper still hanging from the church tower makes a deep impression on young and old alike. It is an educational and impressive experience that will put your worldview on edge for a while.

Want something different from history? A short distance away, you will find great local markets where you can score the tastiest French cheeses and fresh cider. For the more active, there are wonderful cycling routes along the coastline that lead you past hidden coves and picturesque villages.

If you really want to please the kids, drive to the nearby natural park of the Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin. Here you can enjoy boating or hiking in a unique marshland landscape. And don't forget to plan an afternoon in one of the nearby fishing villages like Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, where you can taste the region's most delicious oysters straight from the sea. In short, this corner of Normandy packs you in and won't let you go!
