Camping Seasonova Saint-Michel

Swimwear on, towel over shoulder and off to the pool. At the heart of Camping Seasonova Saint-Michel is a heated outdoor pool where children splash and parents relax and swim a few lengths. Around the pool are sunbeds and umbrellas; perfect for a book, a nap or just relaxing in the sun. On hot days this will quickly become your regular spot: first a refreshing dip, then drying off on the terrace and making plans together for the rest of the day. After an outing to the bay or the abbey, it's extra nice to come back and slip into the warm water for a while before the evening slowly begins.

Children are often sold as soon as they discover the mini-farm. Donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens and even a few special residents ensure big eyes and wide smiles every day. In less weather, life moves indoors: in the game hall, kids dive behind buttons and game computers, or find a new friend for a game of airfield hockey. In high season, the animation team provides even more fun with activities for children to teenagers; drawing, games, tournaments and shared moments with the whole family. If you want to expend some more energy, go to the outdoor fitness area and create your own course. In between, walk by the campsite's bar or food bar for a drink or a simple meal, or get fresh bread and groceries for breakfast and dinner at the small supermarket.

From the campsite, you're just 8 km from the world-famous tidal island of Mont Saint-Michel. A day here is an adventure in itself: walk to the island via the footbridge, stroll through steep streets, climb to the abbey and walk on the old city walls overlooking the endless plain of the bay. Things get even more special during a guided walk through the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, about 3 kilometres from the campsite. With a guide, you will discover salt marshes, bird areas and the famous floating sands - a unique experience for the whole family. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area. Nearby, you will find Alligator Bay, a park full of crocodiles and reptiles where children will feast their eyes. Culture lovers visit the Château des Montgommery or one of the other castles in the region to learn more about the history of Normandy. Sweet tooths plan a trip to the artisanal caramel factory Maison Pèlerin and taste local specialities. From Camping Seasonova Saint-Michel in Courtils, you can also easily drive to the coastal town of Granville, where the ferry to the island of Jersey departs, and you can stroll along the harbour and the beach. A little further away is the old pirate city of Saint-Malo with its impressive city walls and sea views. And after such a day full of impressions, it is wonderful to return to the tranquillity of the campsite, where the animals on the mini farm, the swimming pool and the evening sky over the Norman countryside complete the holiday.
