Who needs a swimming pool onsite when the nearby lake hosts so many aquatic activities? Enjoy swimming from mid-May until late August, playing on the fun aquatic inflatable assault course and engaging in a variety of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. New for 2025: A  large outdoor water park with slides will be open from mid-June to the end of August!

There are playgrounds for children, and one could argue that the entire surroundings of the campsite are just one big playground…. You can cycle around the lake, walk in the woods and go fishing.

After adventures in and around the campsite during the daytime, it’s a great idea to unwind in the evening, when you can enjoy a variety of family-friendly evening entertainment. Settle in for a sociable evening with the chance to enjoy karaoke and dance parties with your fellow happy campers.

As Homair Le Lac des Vieilles Forges offers a rustic and authentic camping experience, the resort provides a convenient fresh bread delivery service, meaning you can start your day the right way by tucking into crusty baguettes and delicious croissants. In high season, you will have access to a bar and snack bar. For supermarkets, shops and restaurants, you can find them in the local area with a radius of 8km.
