Camping Domaine du Verdon

The 4-star Camping Domaine du Verdon is close to Europe's Grand Canyon, the Gorges du Verdon. Around 30 minutes away you will find Point Sublime, from where you have spectacular views over the gorges of the Verdon Gorges. By car, you can easily reach one of the many other attractions in the area. You will go from one surprise to the next.

The river flows right across the campsite, but swimming is of course more pleasant in the heated water of one of the two swimming pools. The slides and river lagoon complete the holiday fun for the children. You, meanwhile, lie back on the sun beds and enjoy the view or a good book.

Throughout the season, there is entertainment for every age group. From the kids' club, where all activities are adapted to the age of the little ones under professional supervision, to the teen club where teenagers meet during animated evenings or when they challenge each other in a sports tournament. This is where holiday memories are created!

Are you a fan of whitewater sports? Nearby, you can go rafting and canoeing. Would you rather stay on the campsite? Then you can enjoy a game of miniature golf or petanque. For the more active among us, there is plenty to do.

After a long day full of activities, there is only one thing on your mind: "What shall we eat today?". Besides the option to cook for yourself, you can go to the campsite for a good (takeaway) meal. Also in Castellane, a little further away, you will find several cosy and good-quality restaurants serving high-quality regional dishes.

After another fun-filled day on or off the campsite, coming home to fully equipped and stylish accommodation is the ultimate holiday feeling. At the Domaine du Verdon campsite, you can choose from various types of mobile home. There is plenty of choice for larger and smaller travel groups.

Round the campsite Domaine du Verdon

Ideally located in the heart of the Verdon Regional Natural Park, you can go in any direction from the campsite. Enjoy the beautiful countryside as you canoe or mountain bike through the canyons. Castellane has a rich history and is highly recommended. The perfume town of Grasse, located further afield, is also worth a visit.

Do you really want a day out by car? Then choose the city of Nice, which is a 2-hour drive away on the beautiful Cote d'Azur. Here, visit the Museum of Modern Arts or take a stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais. A visit to Nice is definitely worthwhile!
