Gitzenweiler Hof swimming pool will close at the end of 2025. In 2026 and 2027, a new, sustainable water experience area will be built, opening in May 2028. Meanwhile, there are plenty of alternatives: Lake Constance, Thermen in Lindau and various pools in the region, such as Hallenbad Aquamarin - Wasserburg (approx. 15 min drive), Erlebnisbad Limare - Lindau (approx. 10 min drive) and Strandbad Nonnenhorn (approx. 20 min) on Lake Constance.

Guests staying in tents should note that they may experience some noise pollution from 05:00 on weekdays. This is due to work on the adjacent railway line. To protect railway staff, an alarm sounds to warn them of approaching trains.
