The area surrounding Camping Lackenhauser

You have everything you could hope to do in the immediate surroundings for you and your children. The campsite is located in the German village of Lackenhauser 2 kilometres from the Austrian border. A walk of only 4 kilometres to the North takes to the Czech Republic with its friendly people and delicious regional dishes. A one hour drive will also take you to the famous three-country point of Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria. This ideal location offers a large number of possibilities for discovering different cultures. Take the car to Prague and en route visit the large, imposing Vltava or discover the old town at the German border town of Passau. The area surrounding the campsite is a large natural wonder with plenty of opportunity for walking and 3 km away from the ski resort of Hochficht with over 20 km of ski slopes.
