Cycle along the coastline and discover charming towns like Alba Adriatica or Grottammare. Along the way, you can stop at cosy beach bars for ice cream or an aperitivo. Want to go a little further afield? Ascoli Piceno is highly recommended. This historic city is just a half-hour drive away and is known for its beautiful squares, medieval towers and cosy atmosphere. Stroll through the narrow streets, visit a traditional market and end your day with an espresso in the impressive Piazza del Popolo. And how about a day of water fun? Waterpark Onda Blu is just 15 minutes from the campsite and offers spectacular slides and pools for young and old. This is the outing for a hot summer day. Or visit the Gran Sasso Mountains, where you can hike, picnic and enjoy breathtaking views of Abruzzo.
