Camping River

Discover the two beautiful provinces of Tuscany and Liguria in one holiday during your stay at Campsite River. Located by the river in the village of Ameglia, close to the sea where the resort’s shuttle bus will take you, River is ideal for exploring the gold-coloured cities of Tuscany as well as the cosy villages of Liguria.

The various swimming pools at the campsite offer many possibilities, where holidaymakers of all ages will find something to enjoy. You can swim a few lengths in the six-lane swimming pool while the kids happily clamber over the inflatable playground featuring slides. Diving lessons are also given in the pool, while kayaking and paddle boarding excursions are possible on the Magra River. It is important to note: swimming and fishing are not allowed in the river.

In terms of sports and games, there is also plenty of choice at this lovely Italian campsite. There is a football field, volleyball court, basketball court and ping-pong table. Fitness levels can also be kept up in the gym while the children have fun in the playground.

For youngsters, there is a fun mini club where the enthusiastic animation team organises games, craft activities, sports, cabaret and disco! In high season, there is also evening entertainment for the whole family featuring live music, shows and much more.

You don't have to leave the campsite for a snack and drink either. There is a store for daily shopping, and in the evening you can choose between the snack bar and the restaurant. Of course, the restaurant has a pizza chef for the real Italian cuisine.

Looking for some refreshment on hot Italian summer days? The wooded avenues and courtyards provide a shaded village atmosphere. At Rive,r we have two types of mobile homes, both with air conditioning and a bathroom and kitchen, as well as the Lodgetent, which has a private bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people.
