The welcoming family campsite Molino a Fuoco is located on the Etruscan coast close to the 17th-century town of Vada and a two-minute walk from the beach. Tuscan trees such as olive and pine trees, eucalyptus and tamarinds provide cooling shade, and its location, practically on the beach, makes Molino a Fuoco a top spot for surfers. History and nature

At 5 minutes away, in the town of Vada, you will enjoy the bustle of the characteristic small centre in summer. Within a radius of half an hour, you will find medieval villages like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and Bibbona, true rough diamonds among the green hills and forests, while the sea is never far behind. If you don't mind a 1 or 2-hour drive, then toppers like Pisa, Florence, Siena, Elba and even the enchanting Cinque Terre are within your reach. Did you know that almost 20% of the Etruscan coast is a protected nature reserve? For a walk through this beautiful Tuscan nature reserve, Macchia Magona and Livorno Hills are actually a 'must'.
