From young to older: at Camping Taïga Costa Calida, no one is forgotten. The animation team is enthusiastic, cheerful and always busy with fun activities. In the morning, take part in aquagym in the pool. Music on, sunglasses on, and get moving. Later in the day, there are creative workshops where kids and parents can do crafts, paint or create their own artwork together.

In the small supermarket, you’ll get fresh bread and local delicacies in the morning – handy for breakfast on your own terrace.

In the evening, there is often something to do, from shows to sports games, but the atmosphere remains relaxed. No mass spectacle, but conviviality and togetherness. And that is precisely what makes this campground so nice.

The surroundings of Taïga Costa Calida are truly breathtaking. Less than a 20-minute drive away is Cartagena – a city full of history, colour, and atmosphere. Stroll the ancient streets, admire the impressive Roman theater and discover the National Museum of Underwater Archaeology. End your day with an ice cream at the harbour, where the atmosphere is always lively.

For a beach day away from the campsite, Cala Aguilar is highly recommended – small, quiet and almost magical. Or drive a little further to La Manga del Mar Menor, where you literally swim between two seasën. The Mar Menor is ideal for children thanks to its calm, shallow waters and invites kayaking, paddleboarding or just bobbing in the sun.

Adventurous families head toward the Regional Park Calblanque: a nature reserve with golden beaches, dunes and rugged mountain trails. Here you can hear nothing but the rustling of the wind and the gentle lapping of the sea – the perfect place to recharge.

Another such special getaway? Mazarrón, with the otherworldly rock formations of Gredas de Bolnuevo. These stone sculptures formed by wind and water are a feast for the eyes én your camera. Or visit one of the impressive forts surrounding Cartagena, such as the Castillo de la Concepción, with panoramic views of the city and the sea.
