On a hot summer day, the swimming pool is theé place everyone draws to. The outdoor pool is spacious enough to swim laps. Is it raining one day? No problem! The heated indoor pool, belonging to the wellness area, makes any time of the day perfect for a dip. For the little ones, there is a separate paddling pool with shallow water where they can play safely. Around the pool are deck chairs ready to relax, book by, feet up. The massage whirlpool relaxes you completely with real hydrotherapy: better for your muscles and circulation. And if that's not enough: a 15-minute drive away is the spectacular aqua park Tatralandia, a water paradise where kids are guaranteed not to want to leave!

Also convenient: the cottages are on the outskirts of the village, so you can do your shopping quickly and easily. You can also hire bikes to explore the area.

The area around Soyka Resort is a playground for adventurers and nature lovers. Take a trip to Lake Liptovská Mara, great for a warm day of water fun with swimming, boating or picnicking on the shore. Prefer the mountains? The Low Tatras are practically in your backyard and are wonderful for hiking or even going up by cable car.

For a cultural excursion, the town of Ružomberok is a must. You will find cosy streets, terraces and a nice centre. A little further away is the open-air museum Vlkolínec, a UNESCO village where time seems to stand still. Children feast their eyes on the old cottages and farm animals. And on Wednesdays? Then there is a market in LiptovskýMikuláš. Nice to browse around between the stalls with local delicacies.
