In the immediate vicinity, you can explore the small town of Dinan, which not only has countless crêperies that invite you to feast, but also a castle that is part of the medieval city walls and houses the city museum. Also worth seeing is the clock tower, which is typical of Flemish architecture. A trip to Mont-Saint-Michel is a must during a stay at the resort hotel. The iconic tidal island impresses with its unique architecture, most of which dates back to the Middle Ages. The bay is also the scene of the strongest tides in Europe. The journey from Dinan to Mont-Saint-Michel takes around three quarters of an hour. Not far from Dinan, about half an hour's drive away, is Saint-Malo. The coastal town offers various great bathing beaches where the whole family can enjoy themselves, and also has plenty of culinary delights to offer. For the little ones, the Saint-Malo aquarium and the micro-zoo, where you can marvel at over 400 exotic animal species, are also exciting excursion destinations.
