At the Costa Verde you will find mountains and beaches. Go canyoning or hiking for a morning, but be sure to leave early to avoid the heat. The hiking trails in the area will take you through the mountains and offer breathtaking sea views! If you enjoy hiking, the Cascata dell'Ucelluline route is a must. This route offers beautiful views the whole way (making every second worthwhile) and ends with a breathtaking waterfall. Another thing not to miss are the 6 picturesque villages of the municipality of San Giovanni di Moriani. The hamlets are set against the mountainside and exude authentic Corsican charm. If you want a day trip to a larger city, go to Bastia, about 40 km away. Here you will find plenty of culture, history, as well as cozy bars and restaurants.
