Our campsites in Aude are ideally perched on the sun-soaked shores of the Mediterranean Sea, close to brilliant golden sand beaches. The coastline of Aude gently arcs between the neighbouring departments of Herault and Pyrénées-Orientales, and features long stretches of lovely beaches.
With generous amounts of sunshine throughout holiday season, you can enjoy lovely days out by the sea. Head to the soft sands on the beaches of Narbonne Plage, Chalets Beach, Plage de Mateille and Grau de la Vieille Nouvelle.
Between the coastal resort of Port-la-Nouvelle and Gruissan, the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Natural Regional Park is a beautiful reserve comprising of protected lagoons, vineyards, beaches and wetland. The parks is an excellent place for hiking and walking trips, where visitors eager to view wildlife will be well satisfied.
On the fringes of Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Natural Regional Park, kids will love a visit to Réserve Africaine de Sigean, an extensive zoo with many animals.
